Vickie, my doctor tells me I have a groin injury which I suspect was caused by some lower body actions I was experimenting with in the golf swing. On reflection I did not warm up with any stretching exercises and this is probably where I went wrong. Are there any stretching exercises I should use to avoid or reduce the risk of groin injury in future?
I don't know if I did strav a service getting here before bucket. A little humerous gravity might be just what the doctor ordered. Vik
The doctor ordered 4 weeks off golf, which is punishment enough thanks Vickie. Also many thanks for the advice. I will introduce it gradually when I’m fully mobile but before I tackle a driving range or course again. This was a lesson learnt the hard way.
