The doctor ordered 4 weeks off golf, which is punishment enough thanks Vickie. Also many thanks for the advice. I will introduce it gradually when I’m fully mobile but before I tackle a driving range or course again. This was a lesson learnt the hard way.

Was your Dr more specific?
What exactly are your symptoms?
What makes it worse?
Have you had any investigations?
