Chicken Wing
I have been working hard to use the verticle hinge in the bunkers and I got the chicken wing that has crept into my full swing.
Any fast remedies for curing the dreaded chicken wing.

The cure for the "dreaded chicken wing" is learning to Hinge and Finish Swivel On Plane.

See my videos on the subject at http://www.lynnblakegolf.com/gallery...ngeAction1.wmv and http://www.lynnblakegolf.com/gallery...ngeAction2.wmv

Is learning the correct technique a "fast remedy"?

Maybe.

Some students absorb and apply the instruction quicker than others.

But whether it is fast or not matters little because...

It is the only remedy.

Sounds like you intend to PICK or LIFT the ball out.

I would try to glide the clubhead through the sand and not worry about the ball.

"Sustain (Yang/陽) the lag (Yin/陰)" is "the unification of Ying and Yang" (陰陽合一).
The "LAW" creates the "effect", which is the "motion" or "feel", with the "cause", which is the "intent" or "command".

Rotate, twist, spin, turn.

Wing
It depends on why you are winging? People that have a DOWNSWING like, or similar to a 10-7-H, often have a Chicken Wing.

Usually goes like this... Take away low and off plane; lift arms to Top; 10-7-H Down, with Full Sweep and Throwaway; Wing during the Hing Action Interval and at where BOTH ARMS STRAIGHT should be; pretty finish.

If your procedure is sound, except for the Wing... then just follow Mr. Yoda's advice, and fix the FRONT of your STROKE.
