Nothing Stopping You...

When I started doing this with a swing procedure I was really hitting the ball straight as an arrow. Is this setup only for hitting or can it be both swing and hitting?
Hi timm,

There is nothing stopping you from using Impact Address per 10-9-B for Swinging. It is 'especially useful' for Hitting thats all.

Per 6-H-0, Address, the 9th component is not listed under the 10 things that must be associated with either Hitting or Swinging.
