Hi JoeShmoe i'm no expert like some of these guys. But you did say something in your last post which i know is not a good thing.

Hold the wrist angle? Every time ive tried this my wrists just feel tense and again I hit high pushes
As a swinger your wrists should be very loose and tension free or you just inhibit CF from doing its thing. I think if your gonna try to get into that position you have to make sure you get there by doing the right things. If your holding onto that wrist angle your effectively faking it and won't get the benefits. You've got to get there by having loose wrists and dragging an insanely heavy clubhead.

drag drag drag that big bad mop from the top, feel the wet mop through pp3 and let the flywheel spin that clubhead, trust it let 'er go. I think we have all tried to 'freeze it' literally instead of concentrating on the sensation through the points to let it happen.

Yeah, I think youre right. I had a long range session this morning (its cold here in Scotland right now BTW .. snows started already )

Anyhow, I worked on a few things and tried a few things out and what I worked out was that although my arms/shoulders were seemingly getting into the right position coming down, there was little or no lower body movement. I was just working the arms down without moving forward. I then found I was kind of just rotating around my back leg and I could see when I did this in slow mo that my club face would always be open

Anyway then I tried a few things to get the weight moving again, by far the best of which was a conscious drive of the legs(knees) towards the target (stepping hard on the left foot was also OK). I kind of drove the legs, whilst keeping the shoulders back, and was getting through the ball great but still a lot of cuts and pushes

Then I worked on the leg drive followed an instant later by rotating my upper body hard left, what I *think* was a finish swivel .. and I started nailing a lot of balls a long way .. best ive hit them for months

Anyway some stuff to work on there but I think I need to work on timing the weight shift then the rotation .. even though they're so close together its almost one movement but making sure I dont lapse back into rotation only with no 'forward' movement

Im blethering here I know but Im pumped from a good session and appreciate any feedback from the golfing gods here
