You bet, Mike.
Interestingly, Tom would rarely ask his questions in class. But afterwards...now
that was a different story. And almost always with a Club in his hand and a determined 'I want the straight skinny' look in his eye! Given his physical size, that was somewhat intimitating for someone -- namely me! -- expected to deliver.
But any such fear was groundless. Tom could not have been a nicer guy or a more interested student. He -- like Homer Kelley himself -- is interested in only one thing for his students: The
correct information. And that is exactly what he can supply.
One of my last memories at Pine Needles was Tom at the far left side of the long practice tee using his strong Right Arm to drill shot-after-shot toward those intermediate flags about 150 yards out.
Fun to watch!
