Flick
Flick is talking on the GC in the next room. If I hear him talk about how unimportant the weight shift is and that dang clubhead fetish of his, well, well... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.
We should have a fund-raiser to get the funds it costs to get Lynn on Academy Live. We can be in the grandstands beaming. Think the GC phones would be ringing?

My God, he is teaching impact position and hinge action. I guess the world is listening. Flick never used those terms or taught educated hands. Arm swings, yes, impact fix, control of the hands to control the clubface to control the ball- No, nothing I ever remember him doing in those terms. Go check the old tapes lol.

Yep, it certainly looks like the messages from these boards, and that little yellow book, are finding the mainstream. The progress has been building.
I actually thought Flick did a great job. The best I have seen from him.
A lesson I'd like to see on TGC:
Lynn Blake teaching Wiren about the right forearm/wedge.
Heck for that matter, I'd love to see Lynn showing Tiger about the right wedge. It is Tiger's right hand grip and wedge that need work now. He is looking quite solid with the left wedge, but those misses right yesterday at the Bridges where setup/grip issues IMO. He needs to get that right wedge back in shape
Looking forward to seeing a TGM show on TGC sometime very soon
It is very clear that these boards, its members and its content are 'supporting' and having an 'impact' on the 'balance' in the golf instruction world.
We work better together, than we do apart, perhaps TGC will help bring everyone together, or at the least, these boards can continue to do so.
Peace - EdZ

6 B Mike and Friends,
I finally made it back to the Clubhouse...Long Round...Lynn definitely needs to be onAcademy Live...Is he considered a "golf professional" or amateur as far as status...I know hie is very professional..but for real...what's his status ...this would affect getting on the Golf Channel....
I had the oppourtunity to get on because I used to give one of the anchors lessons...Denny Schreiner... Remember him when Mark Lye first started broacasting Nationwide events!!!
Never really had the desire to get on TV and give "bogus" answers to some of those stupid calls..."Can you fix my Slice"....yeah close your clubface and use Strong Underhand and the over-roll for your finish swivel and make sure you roundhouse like Chi-Chi...That'll FIX IT!!!

Annikan..........
We need names at TGC and any insight you may have into their decision making process. Who has the keys to The Academy Live car? Any help would be appreciated over on "Something completely different" thread.
Thanks,
Charlie

I changed my mind. Kelly Tighman likes to DUMB down everything on her show. Even Lynn and Homer would be guided into a quick tip Q%A.
