Your Educated Hands breakthrough .... ?
9.1 "Emphatically, Hands are not educated until they control the Pivot."

If you've been able to successfully implement this concept, did you have an "ah-ha!" experience, or .... ? Thanks.

Yoda, when and how did you grasp the feeling that told you now had Educated Hands down pat? Thanks.

(pretty good launch angle on the avatar, don't you think?)

"Coming in Handy"
Although we don't agree on baseball, I agree with 6Bmike on the Flying Wedges. It is your key to educated hands.

Put you mind in your hands:
Learn lag pressure (the heavy wet mop), the difference between the clubhead motion and the clubface motion (2-P), deliver the whole club with the wedges, not just the clubhead to the ball, all on plane tracing. Once you got it, you won't have to practice so much (notice I didn't say at all).

The difference is merely in what you Monitor.

If you Monitor your Hands -- then you're using Hands Controlled Pivot.

If you Monitor your Pivot or anything else -- the you're using Pivot Controlled Hands.

Notice I did not say anything about using/moving the Hands or Pivot. I said Monitor.

Homework: What does "Monitoring" mean?
