If you load for swinging - you should feel the lag load against the first knuckle (sweetspot rotation) and stay there during the downstroke, as apposed to hitting where you always feel it directly behind the shaft at pp3(no sweetspot rotation)....

Do you feel the lag loading on the knuckle or directly on pp3... ?

I always use hand control Ed, and i usually feel the "out" however i will admit that i tend to feel more "Down" than "out" though and that is a gremlin i fight.

This is different, maybe it is some sort of "swit" but you know what? When i need some "extra umph" this "move" provides it.

On the knuckle...definately not behind the shaft. There is a real 1/4 to the sweetspot rotation.

This entire "move" i'm doing is nothing more than your standard garden variety swinging driver stroke. The ONLY THING DIFFERENT, is that there is a conscious effort to thrust the right arm (the arm not the wrist mind you) at release point to create some extra swing speed.

I will admit it is easier to do this move with an angled hinge that a horizontal hinge. If i thrust too early the face hangs open and it's FOOOOOOOOOORE RIGHT!

Please go take a look at my post in holies/polies to see my 1st time results

Cut and pasted from Yoda's archives...this is EXACTLY what I was doing:

Here's how to do it: From the Top, Drag Load (7-19) by Pulling the Butt End of the Club TOWARD THE PLANE LINE. Immediately thereafter, BEGIN A NON-AUTOMATIC RANDOM SWEEP RELEASE (10-24-B) - later you can kick it up a notch with the Automatic Snap Release (10-24-E) - by UNCOCKING YOUR LEFT WRIST STRONGLY DOWNWARD, ALSO TOWARD THE PLANE LINE. That takes only a fraction of a second, and just as you Feel the strong, Downward Uncocking Motion underway, USE ITS MOMENTUM TO BEGIN THE ROLL OF YOUR #3 ANGLE ON LINE through Impact. You've launched a THREE STAGE ROCKET: The DRAG LOAD established your initial Thrust; your UNCOCKING LEFT WRIST created the highest Velocity you will be able to achieve; and the #3 ACCUMULATOR PICKED UP THAT VELOCITY AND SUSTAINED IT INTO IMPACT.

The other thing you can do is watch the Tomasello videos...
