Hogan Hard Roll Please
Basic Dual Horizontal Hinging.
Anyone have the feeling of a hard turn and roll of the entire left arm wedge?
In your experience, is there any danger in a hard turn/roll?

Thanks,

Bagger

Personally, I find a hard roll to be a big key in max delay/snap release. To the extent that those can have associated issues (timing/trajectory control), a hard roll can be a problem if Rhythm and/or aiming point isn't correct.

That said, I suspect the majority of people would do very well to first learn a hard roll because of the benefits in the ability to maintain a flat left wrist and experience compression. Most people will start this and hit pull hooks, and will then learn to get on plane, and direct thrust to both arms straight from the inside (under Hogan's 'glass').

A very important step in educating the hands. Learning to keep the left wrist flat - left hand only shots. The left 'wedge'.
