Right elbow pain for a hitter usually means you’re swinging the right forearm and not thrusting it. I used to have this problem. What I did was focus on pushing the entire left arm and club, not just he club. You kind-of start with the thought that the center is the left shoulder.

I use a right arm swinging motion and 3 barrel hitting a la Tom Tomasello....use weighted clubs to practice with too and have no right elbow pain, none...zipOOOOO No PAIN. I always warm up before swinging with full speed/power. It's a shame TGM Hitters want to blame right arm swinging for ANY elbow pain...what nonsense.
