Have you looked at the MacDonald exercises?
I was very afraid of the Pivot due to physical imbalances (the green costume helps my emotional imbalances in a Sesame Street sort of way), but now, I Pivot with brooms, plastic chairs, yardsticks... the "Missing Piece" work by VJ Trolio was also very liberating in getting me to turn freely.

ok, just won a 4-ball team tournament with a sparkling -14....awesome.

iron play has plagued my game but today was a great outing, i used structure with extensor action but also a pre-takeaway with a little shaft lean so the hands seem to work together, i hit alot of pure irons this way. even got a polie and another shot 4 inches from the hole.

much to work on still but am positive about the game again. as long as the noodle is in the hands, i am seeing progress.

Very nice! It's fun when we do good golf things on purpose! May I recommend Yoda's new embedded videos and the Barclay's one has given me about 3 new ideas so far! To the range!

Just go to the main forum page and look for "Barclay's something," and there is a very useful video there, like all the videos have been for me.

OB must be busy trying to buy tickets for the semi-pro baseball and hockey teams they have up their in Toronto, but I'm sure he'll show up with fine golf advice, soon.

It's too bad the Toronto teams don't play as well as OB gives golf instruction! They'd be better semi-pro organizations!
