dowel drills
i would like to know how many of you practice dowel drills daily?i would have to say half of my practice consist of dowel drills.either at the course or in my hotel room.i am willing to say you will see more tour players with dowels sticking out of there bags in the near future.several of my friends are using them now.if you have any question on dowels ask yoda and you shall receive the best lesson of a lifetime.thanks to yoda showing my teacher rob noel, the light bulb went off

I can recall like it was yesterday when Yoda showed up on the Internet scene. This guy who was obviously very knowledgeable on TGM was telling us to get these wooden sticks. The next thing you know guys are buying them asking for pictures, etc. When I had the opportunity to visit Yoda's home, you know what? There are dowel rods in every room, just sitting in the corner awaiting for them to be picked up and used.

Then came the Impact bag or rolled up carpet and mirror.

Unbelieveable....What you can learn is just amazing.

For the most, not a day goes by that I don't have one in my hands.

They have to be one of the best training aids a golfer can have.

Origin of the Dowels
Given the recent discussion of the dowels in the various Forums, I thought it would help to revisit a post I made on New Year's Day. Enjoy!

Everytime
I use dowels in every lesson I give, and I try to give them out also. You can never train those flying wedges enough. I thought I was the only one who used them every night. Yeah I doubt you will be the only one with them in your bag for long.

John,

After reading your posts I now prefer to refer to this tool as the "magic stick", or maybe as Peter Kessler would call it "the perfect stick". Endorsed by PGA Tour professional, with its patent pending technology designed to move your mind from you head to your hands-- get yours today for only 3 payments of $33.33. John could say in his most sincere voice "It's perfect, I promise"
