right wrist bend
On the takaway I can bend my right wrist backwards and at the top the palm of my hand feels like it is facing behind me with the right wrist bent. I can also take it away with what might be called right arm fanning and then and at the top the palm of my hand feels like it is facing the target line with right wrist bent. Which one is prefered for hitting?
