Honest, and keeps higher handicaps from potentially dominating the days activities (their handicap is obviously rduced more). At my club we always play one on one at 100%, two vs. two at 90%, foursome vs. foursome at 80%. It works out very well. Everyone goes home happy and usually half in the bag .
