It is amazing how simple the concept of plane is once you understand it. I cannot believe how wrong my idea of plane was at one point. It wasn't until I bought TGM and read 1-L-18(I think thats the corect ref) - The plane angle does not affect the plane line and I saw that diagram of a flat, tilted plane that my mind just clicked and got it. I didn't even think to look the word up in the dictionary. I didn't even get the concept of a "Plane of Motion" - I was more concerned about the shifts which I tied into faulty ideas of the physics....
