Why has this man not been helped? He is a good, maybe great athlete. He has hand/eye coordination.
I'm pretty sure several very well known people have tried to help him. If you have have not seen his motion... it is somewhat unusual.
Sir Charles would probably be the golden goose to any teacher that could straighten him out. What do you think?
