I am new to TGM, but have had some success already. I can only address one portion of this, as I haven't given the rest much thought. Moe Norman used a right palm, 10 finger grip. I use the same grip, with the grip of the club running along the lifeline of my right hand. It is a "single axis" grip. I find that this gives me significant control of the club, and allows me to spank the back of the ball while monitoring PP3 and PP4 successfully. As far as what the hips are doing, etc, I haven't thought about that enough to answer. I do know that if I "spin" out from under the shot, I pull it badly. I have very quiet hips, but they do turn a bit at the start of the downswing. It is more of a slide for me. See the "slide -tilt" video which may help a bit.
