I would say try 10-16-C, Right Anchor. Meaning - keep some flex in your right knee until sit down. That should tighten up your pivot. Also - just in case - forget all the 'keep the head still' stuff. Looks to me like you may have overdone it. Remember, allow the head to rotate per 1-L #1 and #2...do not restrict it for restrictions sake. That may free up your turn (look flexible enough to me) so your left shoulder can turn more freely....
