From the beginning, I questioned the business practices of the mothership ie; the TGM website...today, I still do. If the 7th Edition of the book is to be made available in the next 2, 3 or 4 weeks. How about some advanced ordering or maybe some advertising for the upcoming release???????????? Hmmmmm In business school none of my professors mentioned the practice of silent advertising!!!
