Yes actually i've been working through a series of issues, most recently stopping my shoulders turning at the start of the downstroke and throwing me over the top. Been concentrating on dropping the right should and driving down and out from the inside of the ball.
I've almost stopped the OTT move but now finding these pushes are coming out
