There are several areas the could be at issue, but first check ball position. Make sure it isn't too far back in your stance.

The reverse C 'is' an accurate way to swing, but your back will hate you soon, so be careful! I don't recommend it for that reason. One area to check if using that move is that you want 'soft knees' through the shot. If you 'post up' on a straight left leg with too much right shoulder (too down, underplane) - you are going way right, every time unless you use the hands to roll hard - hello big hook!

Do some checking of your takeaway - make sure you are not coming well inside. Chances are that you are doing so. Dowel drills, or using a broom or laser can show you if this is the case.
