Well, now I'm not really sure. After reading quite a few past forum entries I was convinced that I was right arm swinging. All I can tell you is that the drills do not cause pain but my elbow is sore the next day. After thinking about my day at the range, in an attempt to keep that right wrist bent through impact, I think I started to PULL the right arm through, which I could see putting strain on my elbow. Odd thing was, I was really hitting the ball well.
