You can't rush the incubator, as we've all heard. I haven't played much golf lately but the other day I picked up my rackets and did some "right forearm take-away" drills. I went out on Sunday with only time for 9 holes and something clicked, I mean really clicked. My only thought was taking the right hand to "right-shoulder high" as Yoda showed me in my lesson about 15 months ago. Just like the racket drills. It worked beautifully. This has never really clicked for me until now. My stroke was effortless. I hit all 9 greens and only missed one fairway. Good enough for a 34 while missing three putts inside 15 feet.
The lesson here is KEEP AT IT. You can't rush the incubator.
