It's about the mind. In effect, we all have to become our own little
psychologists. Detecting where our deprevities lay, and applying the proper
process. One way of doing it, focuses on the mind body connection.
And yet others focus on the mind CLUB connection, circumventing the
control of body and replacing it with simply an intent.
