The Pattern is purely a Swinging Pattern with the addition of the Hitter's First Barrel (6-B-1-0) per 10-4-D and 2-M-3.

And, yes, it is a valid Pattern for the 3-Barrel Swinger seeking to add the 4th Barrel to his Component #4 Variation. Further, with the exception of the #4 Component, it is a valid Pattern for all other 3-Barrel Swingers as well, particularly those seeking maximum motion and minimum Component restriction in their Stroke.
