Actually, i am also thinking of re-shafting. I went to driving range and try in between Wishon Series 5 Steel Shaft and Dynamic Gold, the club fitter said i hit better with Wishon's one. However, someone told me that the tip dia. of series 5 is .037. Any suggestion on shaft? I hit my 7 iron 160 yards quite consistently.

Unless you really know what you are looking for, my recommendation would be to get fitted. A quality custom club builder can really help you determine the most appropriate lie, flex, and swingweight for your swing. That being said, if you like a little lighter shaft like your NS950s, but slightly heavier with a lower trajectory, then I have heard good things about the True Temper DGSLs. The TT DGs would be fine if you wanted a heavier overall feel with the same lower trajectory. You could also try Rifles as well although be careful of getting too stiff with the Rifles (once again the custom club builder can steer you towards the right flex). I have also heard good things about Tom Wishon's shafts. I play Wishon irons and woods so I am a bit of a fan as well.
In general I would guess you could go a little stiffer than a regular, but stiff might be too much. Something in between might work well. It really depends on how you load the shaft. If you are smooth, then the softer flex will work great. If you get a little more violent as you start down, a stiffer flex will let you hit the ball a bit straighter.
