Extensor Action Takeaway Ok I understand Extensor Action conceptually . . . and many here have spoken of the Extensor Action Takeaway. I think I understand it. Can we get a description of this? And what does it feel like? I have experimented lately with pushing down with the butt of my right hand. If I push down pretty strong . . . my hands go up the plane. At the top my Power Package Structure is strong (my wife would of course disagree). So basically my feel is PUSH DOWN GO UP.
