What grip do you think most of the tour players use... a version of the 10-2-B, or something different?

I noticed in a picture of Mr. Phil Mickelson the other day...that he appears to rotate his left hand(he is of course left handed) to what looks like a 10-2-C position at impact.

What do you think is going on with his grip? The Swingers #3 Pressure Point rotation at the Top, that stays there?
Given the amount of overswing he has on a full swing, I'd guess his lead hand grip isn't under the heel pad properly.
