Yikes, I'm posting from work w/out my book--hope I put up the right numbers. Strong, single axis grip. So I get my L thumb over on the aft side. Snuggle right hand/palm over the thumb, R thumb down the aft side as well.
Right hand thumb will be on left side of grip, at about 10.30 (o'clock).

I hold the club at arms length with the clubhead level with my eyes (standing erect, that is), and
then fashion my grip. All I have to do then is to lower my arms keeping a straight back, to assume the address position. A little flexing of the knees and I'm ready to go.
