That does not mean you do not move your shoulders because they are a part of the power package. So the most important part of the swinging pivot is plane. You can monitor it two ways. One by making for certain the shoulders are moving on plane. (Find lynn's shooting the plane line drill) Two you can simply trace a straight plane line with the right forearm index finger.
