This is the big difference between Hitting and Swinging. Hitters drive the entire power package- at the same time- through the ball from behind the shaft while swingers flirt with throwaway with their power package as the package release one after the other.
What prevents bad throwaway for a Swinger? The FLAT left wrist/hand swivel and roll. Without a properly Educated Left hand- hacker throwaway is inevitable.
You are so right, Mike. Swingers have to understand the manipulation of centrifugal force whilst the hitting breed must learn to stay ahead of it. Good to see you posting.
