What Component is the Most Responsible for FORWARD? And should you ever think about it? The Down and Out thought is probably valid for those who think about this while swing. They also probably are still thinking about the clubhead and that is where your steering really comes into play. JMO. Understanding that the golf stroke is 3-Dimensional is for most a novel concept. Look at the golf instruction books over the past years, this concept is rarely written about. I think understanding the Shoulder and Arm's role in the 3 dimensional golf stroke would do well to over come the incorrect focus.
