Seems to me that most the pros have a much fuller shoulder turn at the finish with the right shoulder pointing towards the target. So if you take 8-12 turn the right shoulder and then drop the hands, you get quite close to 'behind the neck' position you see of the pros. The 'added' twist off plane they have could just be them trying to get into a comfortable position where theres less strain on the shoulders.
