Very nice, clear explanations. Ted... do you start from behind the ball, or walk in from the side, when you play? I think many people think that one has to start from behind, like Jack Nicklaus and others, but I think that one does not necessarily have to do that. Starting from behind is probably a good thing for most, but I believe Tom Kite at one point, for example, determined he does better from the side.
