Wondered that myself. Its something Ive never really understood or felt, how to load that shaft

Like a lot of people I struggle with an roundhouse OTT move and upper body lunge .. so I work hard on the downswing waggles/pump drill, dropping my arms before rotating..however how do you load the shaft whilst dropping the arms with the back to the target and hips going crossline? Hold the wrist angle? Every time ive tried this my wrists just feel tense and again I hit high pushes

I guess I want to know how to uncock that right elbow on the downstroke whilst maintaining lag, so I can then drive that through impact with rotation and a finish swivel
