Are you hitting or swinging? A hitter can get away with setting up at Impact Fix (FLV, hips turned, weight on left foot) but the swinger needs to set up at Classical address position as they need the clubhead to lag behind the hands (a slight lag) so that they can load the club on the way back. In one of the videos on the forum (Address Routine) this will be all explained. I suggest that you have a look there and all your questions should be answered.
