It would be nice to hear some thoughts on how to teach or learn it.

A Swinger's vs Hitter's Rhythm......

I know that my Rhythm has definitelly caused me to lose distance. Every so often I prove it to myself, of course at the wrong time.

I know that the following destroys my Rhythm
- Backstroke to fast for the rest of the stroke
- Hips to fast on the downstroke for the rest of the stroke

I know that I have to have a different Rhythm for hitting and swinging.

I have learned (thanks Yoda) to practice prior to the stroke the different Rhythms for hitting or swinging else I usually don't succeed if I have just done the other type prior.

I have found that using two golf clubs in a practice swing, slow to strat with and then build up has help me gain some rhythm.

BUT still I don't have Rhythm, at least that is good to optiminal cause my distance shows it.

I also can't carry a tune in a bucket.
