The guide is the Flat, Level and Vertical Left Wrist and its #3 Accumulator Angle as directed by the On Plane Right Forearm. These alignments are established at Impact Fix, with the Knee Bend and Waist Bend determined by the amount of Hip Slide necessary to allow the Right Forearm to point at the Plane Line.
In looking at the YodasLuke wedge video, the first thing that struck me is how hunched-over he appears to be. Is this the ONLY correct way he could be positioned at start-up - in terms of his posture and distance from the ball? Could the plane he intends to swing/hit on also effect the posture?

Please elaborate....
