Impact bag drills as prescribed here - drive through imact
I also do some Tour Tempo work, using the tones while I swing
I'll do some 1/2 swings using impact tape (painters tape).
I just started tying a t-shirt to a club(head) and trying to feel lag/load (new feeling for me!), again concentrating on the feelings in my hands - impact positions
One arm swings feeling release and follow thru

I also do some putting work...I'll have 2 folding chairs on opposite sides. Tie one line of string @5" above the ground, tie another line of string @4" above that (2 straight parallel lines). Place the ball directly under the string. Take your normal stance - are your eyes directly over the ball? If you only see one line of string - yes...If you see two lines of string, your eyes are not directly over the ball.

Good luck, and put the kids to bed early!

Sounds like a pretty good practice regimen from Monkeyboy!!!

Have you found the Tour Tempo to be beneficial?
