The Regrip , its a silent killer.
I suffer from the re grip problem sometimes. I wonder what Luke or Yoda would recommend drill wise.

IMO TGM is all about swinging the Hands or more specifically the pressure points on plane. You must put your mind in your pressure points and sense their feedback or messages of pressure. Dont let them go silent. Lag Pressure at the #3, the direct drive pressure of the Accumulators applying force to the left arm and club (at the pressure points #1 and 2. 4 being up in the left arm pit). Pressure point maintenance is Throw Away and re grip prevention.

Here's what I do for whatever its worth:

-When I suspect a regrip on the range, I check my grip after the swing. Is it intact or not?
-adjust the grip pressure and focus on the pressure points until I can (without a ball) continuously swing , no stopping, without the grip changing. Four or five reps should about tell the story.
-with practice you will be able to feel the grip when it slips during the swing. This is a good thing maybe as your awareness and focus is where it should be. Making the whole sorry bad habit less likely.

With the grip taken at fix and the waggle a turning on of the pressure points to brain channel of communication..........keep the messages coming for as long as possible. When #3 Pressure goes silent, is lost, Lag is lost , the clubhead has passed the hands. When #1 Pressure goes silent, the Hitter has lost his Pressure on the aft of the grip, the Accumulator #1 has stopped driving etc. Any slack in the Radius can turn things off too.
