Well I can relate to your divot. I have two problems, one being my left knee bend (read that as also letting it move to the outside in the downstroke/impact/follow through) and the other is my hips.

Yoda had me do the following drill

From your normal address
Take your backstroke
Pause and or hold the at the top while shifting the hips
Then do the downstroke.

This helped me greatly get the club going inside to out.

But as I said I have second problem which compounds my swing fault. I thought it was cause I was overshifting but that proved not to be the case.

Oh, I also slowed my tempo down a tad and this had the same effect as the drill above. Obviously my tempo was destroying my rhythm.

Also practicing the basic and acquired motion, one handed can help get the motion back.
