I was shocked at how horizontal and limited the RFT is in terms of distance. I liken it to a quick frisbee throw using either sidearm or forward throwing motion from mid-body hands with ball before low point. The distance of the shot surprises me. Thanks for your videos, too! Darly, the sternum covers in the swing as the hands are synched with the center of the body, correct?
