If the sweet spot is moving at the same speed, the tip of the clubface will move faster and the heel of the clubface will move slower with horizontal hinging compared to vertical hinging.
And what you want to find is the point where you 'keep up'.

That will be the 'heaviest' roll
That will be the 'smoooooothest' roll
Your hands will be 'set' without 'doing'

Just add a 'little' twist...... and 'keep up'

Let Extensor Action be the 'limit' of the 'twist'
