I bet not. It seems to me that if the clubhead is moving at 100mph AND the clubhead is also ROLLING to a square position as it approches impact, that this ROLL would create additional speed. Pondering in Austin.... If the sweet spot is moving at the same speed, the tip of the clubface will move faster and the heel of the clubface will move slower with horizontal hinging compared to vertical hinging. And what you want to find is the point where you 'keep up'. That will be the 'heaviest' roll That will be the 'smoooooothest' roll Your hands will be 'set' without 'doing' Just add a 'little' twist...... and 'keep up' Let Extensor Action be the 'limit' of the 'twist' Right Brian..... __________________ "Support the On Plane Swinging Force in Balance" "we have no friends, we have no enemies, we have only teachers" Simplicity buffs, see 5-0, 1-L, 2-0 A and B 10-2-B, 4-D, 6B-1D, 6-B-3-0-1, 6-C-1, 6-E-2 EdZ View Public Profile Send a private message to EdZ Find all posts by EdZ
