I might be slightly off topic but it ties into Yodas post so hope no one minds.
Waggling at address is something I have really become a big fan of in the last few months, to pre-program the computer as to say.... with good results. I read Yoda's posts on this and before I did - my backstroke waggle had no purpose other than perhaps a tension reliever... now I believe it is critical to me and now see why Hogan was a fanatic about it.
I practice alot on some of Yoda's points in his post as I prepare for my start-up. Extensor Action, tracing a straight plane line with the right forearm with my consciencious thought in pp3. I also really concentrate on a stationary head and allowing by hands to guide and control my pivot.
It allows me to do the things I could do before but with more consistancy.
