I try to swing!!
I spent much of 2004 trying to impose some hitting ideas into a predominantly swinging proceedure, and didn't get too far, probably due to it being an unguided (mostly) foray into hitting.
I would expect that it is not for the hitters out there, but I would want to hear from a hitter who has tried it.
Thanks. I am considering getting one. I'll have to figure out something to use as a platform.
For a real challenge, try the BOSU Balance Trainer from www.fitnessquest.com. Click on BOSU in the task bar. They've been at the PGA Show the past couple of years. Trust me, you won't be moving your head around a lot with this baby!

I'll give it a look. Thanks.

Yoda,
As you might remember from the Links seminar last summer, swaying is probably my biggest swing fault. Will this product help?
