My favorite BBQ in Texas is beef. But I would kill for some vinegar style pork with coleslaw at this moment. It's all good.
I simply cannot understand 'Vinegar Style Pork'. What does that taste like?

Cook-Off Comin!
I see some kind of BBQ cook-off coming at the LBG Homecoming Classic and the Saturday night Awards Dinner.

I'll supply the fixin's!

I think the course may object to Bucket digging a hole big enough to bury a whole pig and the coals. We may have to eat/cook offsite. Or we could do it where we think they need a new bunker.

Pig BBQ in Texas is often good, but you don't find the vinegar style, so I always pass.

Awards dinner? What is the dress? Do we need to buy Mikey a new clip on and have it laminated?

I'm from a faraway place. My people use Vinegar to clean Windows and Floors. We cook outdoors when people gather for social events we call 'Picnics'. We cook our food over a fire like our ancestors who hunted for their food once did.

I think a BBQ cookout is a great idea for the last day.
