I was constantly told that I was over swinging but even when I really slowed it down I achieved the same results and now I know why.

I am not very flexible at all and my hip flexibility is about 1/3rd of what it should be. Right now I'm pigeonholed into hitting and while I appreciate the simplicity and effectiveness of it I would much rather swing as it just feels better to me.

In order to do that I need to become far more flexible than I currently am.

Do any of you have any experience with this problem? I'm currently searching for a good "GOLF" flexibility DVD that I could do every morning and evening without a ton of props, gadgets, and gizmos cluttering up my house.

Any help is appreciated.
At risk of gettin' strung up in a tree . .. . try looking into some yoga stuff. It will help you with strength balance and flexiblility . . . . so who's gonna be the first to tee off?

Add Sauna and massage before the yoga; i.e. heat your body before attempting to stretch. You can also do sun salutations (or a modified version) which also heats the body up before doing yoga. The example is, that you wouldn't bend a thick iron rod before heating it up. Reference "Power Yoda".
