Hi and welcome!  Our search function is very powerful so feel free to use it and look up some sections on "hitting," "Ted Fort," "Angle of Approach," "Right Forearm," "Drive Loading," or "Impact Fix," and then ask questions!

Thanks, found the Hitting Emergency room! I've got quite a few hours of Lynn Blake video to go through, but I'll post any follow up questions there. |
