Basic Motion: 2 hours per day (200 balls into a 10" bucket 8'0" away off tight carpet)
Putting: 1/2 hour per day
Range: Winter-1 hour every other day (indoor range)
Spring, Summer,Fall: 1 hour every other day and 4-6 hours on Saturdays
Sand: 1 hour per week
Dowel drills: 10 min. per day
Golf: 72 holes per week (36 on Sunday and 36 split between other six days)
Living in cold weather evironment (4 inches on the first day of spring ) plus needing to tackle-wrestle with some little hellions, I end up getting to spend 30 minutes actually look-look-LOOKING with dowel and a wedge through basic motions curriculumn.
I want to make sure that I'm not all alone. Maybe I am, but here's your chance to see as well.
How much time do you think about or play/practice golf per week?
Ok...so my plan is...Friday morning get to the range about 45 minutes prior to my tee time. I'm going to start with some basic motion chips around the green. Then I'll go to the practice tee and progress through acquired and full motions. I'll work on some knock down shots and hit a few drivers. Then it's over to the putting green to get a feel for the speed of the greens and decompress a little before taking the box....then my first shot will be a little power fade down the left side of the fairway.........
